This project is an animated piece for ICRC Philippines about the Rules of War and the role of the Geneva Conventions. Our goal was to create a motion comic style then highlight important parts to be fully animated such as vfx and dialogues. We also took a longer time to create the styleframes just like fully illustrating comic panels so that we make sure that the frames will still look beautiful despite having minimal animation. This approach made us achieve beautifully crafted frames within the short timeline.
